Mid America Contracting, Inc. is pleased to announce its recent acquisition of all the assets of Michael’s Basement Company, a leading contractor of residential basement foundations.
For the past two years, Mid America Contracting and sister corporation Supply Chain Solutions has a common mission to become the leading supplier in the residential and commercial markets. Our acquisition of Michael’s Basement Company brings us one step closer to the accomplishment of that goal.
As you may know, Worldwide Steel Buildings a division of Supply Chain Solutions already supplies pre-engineered steel building packages to the agricultural, residential and commercial markets. Not only will the acquisition expand our abilities, it will also increase the service levels to our customers. In the near future Mid America Contracting along with Michael’s Basement Company will be offering flat work and water proofing to our current customers and is looking forward to expanding our customer base.
